Danish investor came up with the idea to develop interesting project in the heart of Warsaw. The whole project consists of brand new office building followed by revitalization of two old buildings.

EastWave has taken the role of project manager of the whole investment. The EastWave scope started with design process coordination through everyday supervision and coordination of all works on site. Project, located in high-density housing area, has brought a number of challenges to the scene. The slurry walls for new office building, with three levels of underground car park, were almost touching the tunnel of the metro line and the refurbishment works of the vintage building were carried out under thorough supervision of municipal conservation officer.

The final result happens to be very striking. Two old buildings look fresh and the office building façade, made of glass and aluminum, significantly improves the look of this busy place.
